The Yew Tree Inn was first recorded as a Public House in 1782
and is now a Privately Owned Freehouse, Serving Fresh Food, Good Real Ales,
Fine Wines and a large selection of Malt Whiskey’s.
Jim is the Executive Chef and Andrew Carey is the Senior Chef and are both responsible for the variety and quality of our food also having cooking experience in Spain and France. Tracy runs the Front of House and has been an award winner for Gardens in bloom, so you can expect plenty of floral displays in the Spring and Summer months. She is also responsible for the interior design and landscaping.

We do not specialise in Vegetarian food and we only offer one or two options.
We no longer cater for Vegan food due to too much wastage.
We do not have a children’s menu, therefore, those with children should consider this before booking.
We serve only Fresh Food and not Fast Food, therefore your patience would be greatly appreciated.
Please note: Unless by special arrangement, we do not serve tables over 8 people on a Friday evening, Saturday evening nor all day Sunday.
All tables over 8 must pre-order their menu choices and will incur a 10% table charge. (Tables over 16 people will incur a 15% table charge).
Dogs are welcome in the bar area only.
